All participants of the UAdvantage program are expected to live on campus for the summer portion of the program, even if they are not living in a residence hall during the academic year. Students in the program will be in a central residence hall for the program (Summer 2018 hall to be determined). After the last day of the summer course, program staff will assist students in moving to their permanent residence hall. Students living off campus during the academic year will be responsible for moving to their off-campus housing.
The Residence Hall will be staffed with Resident Assistants and a Community Director who are here to assist students with the transition to college, living on campus, as well as for the safety and well-being of the program community. Resident Assistants will also develop programs in the residence halls to help students meet each other and acclimate to life in a residence hall.
All residents are expected to abide by the UA Student Code of Conduct and the Housing and Residential Life Policies & Procedures for Hall Living. If a student leaves the program or is removed, they will be asked to vacate their summer residence hall.
